Lessons
All ages and all skill levels encouraged!
Solarfuzz Music Studio is located in Emmaus, PA and specializes in Guitar, Drum and Bass lessons for all ages. Lesson time can also be used for other studio work. Several students take advantage of this and have traditional lessons mixed with project work such as studio recordings, video work and equipment care...it's entirely up to you. I focus my teaching on the goals we set through ongoing communication.
Parents
The type of lessons available at Solarfuzz are ideal for music lovers and/or creative artists who are naturally drawn to the art. Lessons at Solarfuzz will be a significant life experience for your child and give quite an insight to the music business process. A full professional demo can be completed easily through the studio just with lesson time.
If you are unsure whether or not your child is suited for lessons at Solarfuzz, the best thing to do is come for a FREE 'meet and greet' and go from there. I am truly an easy going individual that works well with all ages and personalities whether it will be their first time taking lessons or they are ready for a change in instruction.

A typical lesson program regardless of instrument type will include the following:

A typical lesson program regardless of instrument type will include the following:
- A method of reading music being either theory, tablature or online programs
- If a more structured program is preferred, I highly recommend working from a purchased lesson guide that is brought to each lesson
- Memory playing - break the ball and chain of sheet music!
- Chords and transitioning between different chords
- Scales and single note melodies
- Keeping in time - so important!
- All the necessary vocabulary, maintenance, proper posture and hand positioning to develop good habits
